Now a lot of candidates are copping out of answers including this one (Herman Cain and Jon Huntsman I know for sure) by saying

"It is a states rights issue."

I believe that to be absolutely wrong. That mindset is sweeping this election. Where they don't really want to take a stance for FREEDOM the candidates are saying it is a states rights issue.

Now there are some states rights issues that are legitimate such as Education. We were never suppose to have federal education it is unconstitutional, whether we are allowed to have a particular plant is not a states issue.
That is an unalienable right to a plant! (just think if it was a tomato?)

Think and vote freedom every time and hold politicians accountable to freedom
