What this blog is and is not

This blog is not intended to tell anyone what to think. This blog is not intended to take away people responsibilities to learn about the candidates themselves.

I hope I can assist with the research by sharing where I get a lot of my research, post my research, and give my opinion.

This is intended to make people think and show people how I think and why. I will give an example of what I believe in the following post followed by the reason I believe it.

I believe that if you are a citizen of the United States, a politician, or someone who is trying to obtain citizenship you have accepted the contract with America and its people that there are 3 documents that formulate the rule of law. (continue on below)

These are not negotiable and if you don't like it you should leave. So there will be no discussion here on

"Well the Constitution is outdated and doesn't really even apply."

To that I would say,

"Leave our country I hear Greece and Italy are forming new governments go help them out.

We in this country allow too many gray areas especially when it comes to politics. It isn't that complicated. Here is how I go about thinking on every issue or law.

1. Does  this law or action infringe on the inalienable rights given by God and stated in our Declaration of Independence?

2. Does this law or action infringe on the rights given in the Bill of Rights?

3. How would this law or action be properly handled according to the Constitution.

This will be the basis for all of my opinions and views. The only reason I have that order is for simplicity.
It is very easy to figure out if a law or action infringes on the inalienable rights, but much harder on how it should be handled according to the Constitution.
