Christians should vote and care

I am a Christian and I am proud of it. I am also a very strong conservative constitutionalist. These are not in spite of each other. I believe that by being a "true" believer in Jesus Christ that I am compelled to be a conservative.

I believe that as a Christian I am suppose to fight for the oppressed, take care of the poor, be a good steward, fight for weak, love my neighbor and etc.

Now I do know some people who would say, "Thats right the rich need to take care of the poor!"

To that I would make a very shocking confession (shocking to some anyways)

I believe in the "Re-distribution of wealth", but not by the gun and force of the government.

I believe in voluntary re-distribution of wealth. My church feeds the homeless, comforts the sick, helps people get through difficult times all without the government stealing the money to make it happen.

So as a christian I am suppose to

Fight for the oppressed- there is no bigger oppressor in our country than our government forcing poverty on millions of people (more on that in a later post)

Take care of the poor- I believe in helping the poor, and I believe our government is terrible at it and is not effecient with the money that they steal to help others while helping THEMSELVES!

Be a Good Steward- the government is so irresponsible and wasteful that my money (that is being stolen from me) is used in so many reckless, controversial, and evil purposes I believe I could help others more if I was able to keep more of my money due to less taxes, because the government was smaller (as it should be)

Fight for the weak-There is no human being weaker than a young baby in the mothers womb. Jesus said that he knew us in our mothers womb. HOW CAN I AS A CHRISTIAN VOTE FOR ANYONE WHO SAYS IT IS ALRIGHT TO MURDER A BABY. ANY VOTE CAST FOR A POLITICIAN IS JUDGED BY GOD. YOUR VOTE IS YOUR CONSENT, YOUR VOTE IS YOUR APPROVAL OF THE POLICIES THAT POLITICIAN STANDS BY. MAN UP!

Love my neighbor- I believe I can love my neighbor and care for my neighbor and my area (especially with my church) better than the government can care for the people in my area.
