Herman Cains 999 Plan

Herman Cains proposed plan of a

9% national sales flat tax (which currently does not exist)
9% income flat tax (is anywhere from 15% to 35%)
9% corporate flat tax (Which is around 35% and will spur the economy immediatly)

will eliminate the current income tax code.

I am all for this plan. I am not planning on voting for Herman Cain, but this is the best tax system that has
been proposed by any of the canidates.

The other candidates keep knocking the plan by saying

"What is going to stop the Federal Government from raising it to 20, 20, 20?"

The answer is absolutely nothing. The government raises taxes on us all the time and we don't even know it. Every time the government prints money we are taxed by what is commonly referred to as "INFLATION."

Inflation is a fancy word for stealing the value from your dollar and every other dollar to create a new dollar. That is taxing you to make new money for the government to spend.

Cain finally had a great answer to the questioning of his plan after several weeks in a debate last week stating

"Tax codes don't raise taxes, politicians do."

He went on to say that the because the plan is simple and visible that the American people will hold Washington accountable if they attempt to raise the tax to new heights.

I completely agree and look down on all candidates that have used that as an excuse to knock the plan including the candidate I plan to vote for Ron Paul.

Ron Paul in a debate said he wouldn't want to give the Federal Government another tax, but he does like a flat tax.

The tax code does raise taxes on those who don't really pay anything in taxes, but the system is way fairer and Herman Cain hopes to eventually transition out of the income tax completely and abolish the IRS.

I'D VOTE FOR THAT, but I may not be voting for Herman Cain.
